Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients maximize the value they receive from our platform. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the onboarding process, driving product adoption, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Training: Lead new clients through the onboarding process, providing training and resources to ensure a smooth and successful implementation of the Rubato platform.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client facilities, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within Rubato.

  • Product Adoption: Drive engagement and usage of the Rubato platform, helping clients understand and leverage its full potential to meet their specific needs.

  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze client performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize outcomes and ROI.

  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve them swiftly, ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Renewals and Upselling: Manage the renewal process, ensuring continued partnerships with clients. Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or features based on client needs.

  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and improvements, ensuring Rubato continues to meet and exceed customer expectations.

  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to internal stakeholders on customer health, usage patterns, and any potential risks.

 

Qualifications:

​

  • Licensed Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapist with experience working in a skilled nursing facility.

  • Extensive experience with Medicare Part B billing.

  • Strong understanding of the skilled nursing environment and workflows.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.

  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Ability to travel occasionally to client sites as needed.

  • Passionate about Music - advantage.
