Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our platform by identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with skilled nursing facilities, and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business acquisition by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities with skilled nursing facilities.

Conduct outreach, including cold calls and email campaigns, to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

Present and demonstrate Rubato’s product to prospective clients, showcasing how our platform enhances patient care and improves revenue.

Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, including facility administrators, therapy directors, and financial officers.

Collaborate with the Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration for new clients.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends to effectively position Rubato in the marketplace.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or digital health industries.

Strong understanding of skilled nursing facilities, including Medicare Part B billing processes.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex products in simple terms.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to build rapport quickly and develop long-term relationships with clients.

Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.

Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
