Account Deletion Request
This page explains how users of the Rubato Groups mobile application can request deletion of their app account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Rubato Groups account, email Rubato support with the subject line “Rubato Groups Account Deletion Request.”
Please include the email address or username associated with your Rubato Groups account. If your account is connected to a care facility, organization, or clinical team, please include that information as well so we can locate the correct account.

After verifying the request, Rubato will delete or de-identify the app account and associated personal data connected to that account, where applicable.
Data that may be retained
Rubato may retain certain records when required or permitted for legal, clinical, billing, security, fraud-prevention, audit, regulatory compliance, or legitimate business purposes. Retained records will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Rubato policies.
Timing
Rubato will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable period after receiving the request and any information needed to verify the account.
