Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating, training, and demonstrating Rubato's innovative digital health solution to therapists in nursing homes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our AI-driven therapeutic approach is effectively integrated into care practices, ultimately improving the well-being of seniors under their care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate music therapists on the principles and benefits of Rubato Life's personalized music therapy solution.

  • Conduct hands-on training sessions and demonstrations to showcase how to use our AI-powered system in a nursing home setting.

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to music therapists to ensure they feel confident and competent in using our solution.

  • Collaborate with the Rubato Life team to gather feedback from users and suggest improvements to our solution and educational materials.

  • Assist in the development of training resources, including manuals, video tutorials, and online courses.

  • Represent Rubato Life at industry events, conferences, and workshops as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in technology and digital platforms (Android).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in teaching, training, or educational roles is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with AI and biometric technology is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.

  • Passion for improving the lives of seniors and a commitment to non-drug therapeutic interventions.

  • Experience in music therapy, psychology, counseling, or a related field is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Dementia and Alzheimer's symptoms is a plus
