Position Overview:
We are seeking a Device Setup and Technical Support Specialist to handle the configuration of Android tablets and Garmin wearables. Responsibilities include installing applications, pairing devices, managing credential creation, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The role ensures devices are fully functional before shipment and provides support to clients. Ideal candidates should have experience in IT operations, strong knowledge of Android OS, and excellent troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform device setup, including installing applications and pairing Garmin wearables with Android tablets.

Manage credential creation for Garmin, Spotify, and Rubato Groups during the setup process.

Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve hardware or software issues during setup.

Ensure devices are fully functional before shipping and work closely with the Logistics team to ensure smooth handoff.

Maintain detailed documentation of device setups, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Provide remote or on-site support to nursing home staff and clients for device-related issues.
Qualifications:

Experience in IT operations, hardware setup, or technical support.

Strong understanding of Android OS and experience setting up wearable devices.
